Shipping

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM CST may begin the next business day.

Delivery & coverage

We ship via major U.S. carriers like USPS and UPS, with standard delivery of 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, carrier, and expected delivery window so you can follow your package every step to your door.

Good to know

Shipping restrictions

We ship to the United States only. We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or jurisdictions that restrict research-chemical delivery. If an address is ineligible, we’ll reach out for an alternative or cancel the order.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@primepeptide.org within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we’ll arrange a replacement. If tracking shows delivered but it’s missing, contact the carrier to investigate. We’re not liable once a package is marked delivered.

Order changes

Need to update your shipping address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it can’t be changed or canceled.
